Job Description

NETZSCH Premier Technologies, LLC is looking for a Marketing Manager to implement and manage marketing strategies for the US and Canada. This position reports to the Regional Sales President for North America and works very closely with the Global Marketing Director and global marketing team.  The North American Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing marketing strategies to optimize lead generation, enhance brand positioning, and develop a cross-functional marketing team capable of thriving in the USA & Canada.  The ability to work a hybrid schedule from our Exton, PA facility is preferred, but we are open to remote work for the ideal candidate.

Main Responsibilities of the position will include:

  • Implement and manage lead generation and lead nurturing programs.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns for specific markets, regions, and product lines including digital, print and online based advertising.
  • Manage trade shows, seminars and conferences, including pre-event marketing campaigns, with support from the Global Team, Application Managers, and Regional Sales President.
  • Manage development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs.
  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns using email, social media and/or through other internet assets and analyze marketing campaigns/programs and adjust tactics to increase effectiveness.
  • Prepare press releases for new equipment, events and other announcements.
  • Assist Application Managers and Regional Sales Managers with territory market research and development of strategies to meet the goals and objectives of the Company.
  • Assist Application Managers and sales team personnel with preparation and publication of technical articles.
  • Assist with maintaining customer database through the company’s CRM and approve the use of internal and external mailing lists.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have previous experience in a similar position with process machinery sales or marketing  In addition, candidates should have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing (minor in Engineering or technical field is preferred) and a minimum of four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have previous experience with Microsoft Office. Experience with Adobe products and CRM experience is a plus.
  • The ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams is required. Previous experience as part of a global sales and marketing team is desirable.
  • Intermediate project management, market research, email marketing and social media skills are preferred.
  • Solid Organizational skills and excellent attention to detail are required.
  • Must have a valid passport (or ability to obtain upon hire) and the ability to travel about 10% of the time, both domestic and international.
