Arden Courts is hiring a Memory Care Advisor- Sales and Marketing Director! This position will be supporting the Arden Courts Communities in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
The Memory Care Advisor or Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for building and maintaining Assisted Living occupancy through the implementation of a facility marketing plan and application of sales techniques. This role will be 60/40 work from home and onsite supporting our Arden Courts Communities. Travel is required.

Education: College degree preferred
Skills: Familiarity with long-term care and/or health care services preferred
Experience: Sales experience, particularly in health care services, products, or pharmaceuticals preferred
