The primary responsibilities of the Digital Media Supervisor include assisting in the graphic design creation of all on-property signage including but not limited to digital graphics and traditional print advertising. The Digital Media Supervisor will oversee the scheduling and updating of digital advertising platforms to ensure all content is up-to-date and accurate, becoming familiar with a range of casino advertising systems to schedule the content. This position is responsible for graphic design development for a wide variety of advertising projects and will collaborate with advertising agencies to create consistent artwork while adhering to the property brand guidelines. This position will also assist with on-property photo and video shoots and will develop final video and graphic assets for a variety of deliverables including print production, digital displays, social media, and TV advertisements.

 

The ideal candidate for this position is skilled in Adobe Creative Suite systems including but not limited to InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Mac and Windows based computer software systems. The candidate must be highly creative and have an eye for detail. Candidate must have working knowledge of graphic design principles, photography, and videography, as well as knowledge to edit existing files. Candidate must effectively handle a high-volume workload and ensure all deadlines are met. Must be able to work flexible hours as needed for on-property events and promotions.

Where You'll Make an Impact

  • Provide top to bottom creative and technical understanding of digital on-property media.
  • Maintain on-property Content Management System and relationships with vendors.
  • Design marketing materials as needed, inclusive of web graphics, collateral, logos, print ads, and direct mail.
  • Respond quickly to all in-house production needs, including quality control practices to ensure error-free products.
  • Basic to intermediate level troubleshooting of software issues.
  • Develop and manage schedules and reports on rotations, schedules and sponsor spends in relation to on-property signage.
  • Editing/ Adjusting video to various formats.
  • Basic to intermediate 2D/ 3D animation creation in various sizes.
  • Must be able to speak to brand guidelines and assist in policing the brand across all mediums.
  • Stay up to date with latest design trends and design software on the market.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Knowledge of all aspects of Audio/Video/Digital Media.
  • Broad variety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule.
  • Must have strong design skills and able to generate a project from concept to completion and work in concert with others.
  • Must have advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Creative Cloud) including proficient knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Flash with Action script 3.0, Acrobat, Premiere Pro and Media Encoder.
  • Must have proficient knowledge of iMovie and/or other video development systems
  • Web design experience preferred but not required (HTML/CSS)
  • Competence in preparing files and using FTP to deliver to vendors

A Few Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Animation or related degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in a high volume company or industry with a preference for the hospitality or entertainment industry.
  • Experience with 2D multimedia or animation is preferred.
  • Experience with photography and videography is preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
