Marketing Analytics Manager

The Encima Group is recruiting for a Marketing Analytics Manager.  The successful candidate will:

• Lead Analytics Strategy for both HCP and Consumer Initiatives.
• Work with Brand Management and other key stake holders to understand goals, objectives and lead analytics efforts.
• Work with agency and other external partners to streamline and coordinate analytics efforts.
• Identify, develop and implement analytics best practices.
• Coordinate and lead analytics presentations.
• Create pro-forma analyses for proposed campaigns

Required Experience

• Experience managing marketing analytics in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience analyzing digital media, offline media, relationship management programs and coupon campaigns.
• Experience coordinating and analyzing APLD (PLA) data.
• Agency and client side experience preferred.
