BEA Americas delivers sensors, solutions, and accessories for activation and safety in several market segments including pedestrian and industrial automatic doors, vehicle gates and barriers, transportation, security, and retail sensing applications. The Marketing Communications Coordinator will be an Ideal Team Player who supports our mission to build a convenient, safe, automated world and works to achieve our vision of continued growth and market expansion. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and develop graphic design content for use in mediums such as electronic newsletters, email, web, mobile, social media, video, and interactive media
Utilizes email marketing software to draft, develop, and launch newsletters, corporate communications, product promotions, and campaign email blasts. Implement template updates, organize contact lists, and track email analytics
Responsible for working with vendors, when necessary, with the assistance of the Digital Marketing Specialist and Marketing Communications Specialist
Work closely with BEA business units in Asia Pacific and Belgium to enhance collaboration and share best practices
Coordinate all aspects of industry trade shows and field support, including logistics management, shipping, on-site attendance, and overall presence to ensure a seamless and impactful representation
Follow procedures to ensure work is delivered with quality as defined by departmental SOPs, informing superiors immediately in the event of any departure from these processes
Improves skills and technical capabilities at the current level required by the organization from time to time by utilizing online tutorials and videos
Completes additional assignments delegated by management to support and enhance the smooth operation of the Marketing Communications Department and its areas of responsibility

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, advertising, or a related field
Minimum two years of experience in executing events and creating digital media, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Video production software, such as Adobe Premier and AfterEffects, is a plus
