As the Marketing Manager for Demand Generation at Elo, you will lead and execute strategies to drive qualified leads, nurture prospects, and optimize the marketing funnel. This role is pivotal in creating impactful solutions that empower our sales team to drive revenue growth. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to develop cohesive campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and refine initiatives for maximum impact. While your primary focus will be on digital-led demand generation, a well-rounded marketing mindset is essential to also handle PR efforts, thought leadership pieces, experiential marketing, customer stories/videos, and social media as needed.

Job Purpose & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies, including growth and demand generation, content creation, community building, customer marketing and advocacy, and social media management.
- Oversee and manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, Bing, and LinkedIn, while optimizing SEO, SEM, and search strategies for B2B lead generation.
- Assist with planning and execution of North American expos and events, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
- Leverage public relations channels to amplify mass communication efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns, targeting strategies, and assets with revenue goals and opportunity creation.
- Partner with the sales team to identify customers and partners for promotional efforts, including videos, social media campaigns, white papers, and case studies.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly campaign reporting, ensuring clear insights into performance and ROI.
- Plan and direct demand generation efforts as a key member of the marketing team.
- Conduct benchmarking studies to stay informed about B2B demand generation trends and best practices.
- Lead and coach team member(s).

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or advertising, or equivalent work experience
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics and LinkedIn Ad Manager
- Foundational understanding of SEO and SEM
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven creative thinker with lead responsibility for delivering innovative and compelling creative solutions aligned with Elo’s creative briefs.
- Proficiency or strong interest in mastering SEO.
- Experience with tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical and quantitative skills to optimize campaigns and drive acquisition results.
- Deep understanding of leveraging customer and market insights, buyer personas, value selling, and competitive differentiation to build a category-leading B2B brand.
- Strong sense of ownership and pride in personal performance and its impact on the company’s success.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative, drive the business forward, and own tasks, tactics, and strategy.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, blending creative thinking with strategic approaches to overcome challenges.
- Experience in advertising, marketing, corporate identity, brand management, sales promotion, and interactive communication mediums.
- Familiarity with sourcing and collaborating with external vendors and agencies, including freelance contributors.
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams, from creative to engineering, fostering trust and respect.
- Approachable, collaborative, and results-oriented problem-solver, capable of working independently to evaluate best practices and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities within the organization.

Starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $92,300 to $121,500 annually is commensurate with experience relative to the position and may vary based on candidate geographical location.
