Mission of the Role (What you will be doing)

SupplyOne is looking to hire a Demand Generation Specialist to elevate and execute our demand generation strategies. This role will report to the Vice President, of Marketing and will work closely with our Sales teams to drive impactful campaigns across all stages of the sales funnel.

Key Duties & Accountabilities (Primary responsibilities & quantifiable measurements):

  • Drive Pipeline Growth: Develop and execute demand generation campaigns that drive leads, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and contribute to pipeline growth.
  • Collect, Track & Analyze MQL initiatives to define lessons learned and success stories
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, execute, and refine full-funnel campaigns, including webinars, direct mail, and email, to engage prospects and accelerate opportunities.
  • Experiment & Innovate: Run data-driven experiments to optimize campaigns and processes, turning successful experiments into repeatable programs to increase efficiency and impact.
  • Develop Buyer Journeys & Nurtures: Define target audiences and create tailored marketing activities to guide them through their buying journey.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact.
  • Campaign Impact Analysis: Analyze performance metrics to generate insights and continuously improve future campaigns.
  • Enable Sales Teams: Collaborate closely with Sales to develop and deliver materials that support campaigns and open opportunities.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

Qualifications (What you’ll need to be successful):

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial services environment.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with marketing and sales technology tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and drive decisions to enhance marketing strategies and campaign performance.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to effectively communicate across teams.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end.
  • Data-Driven: Committed to using data to experiment and iterate until achieving measurable results.
  • Writing Skills: Proficient in creating compelling content for email, webinars, and landing pages.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role.
  • Leadership Potential: Proven ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to contribute to the development of marketing strategy and operational efficiency.
