Primary Function:

 

The Wholesale Channel Marketing Manager will lead the day-to-day activities of the Marketing Department and be responsible for ensuring the execution of channel-specific marketing projects in support of Bradford White’s internal and external customers. The Wholesale Channel Marketing Manager position involves a variety of tasks, including the development of channel-specific marketing campaigns; the development, management, and maintenance of new and existing marketing assets; and the management of internal and external marketing resources.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Developing an in-depth understanding of the key end user groups inside of the Wholesale Channel. Learn why they support the products and brands that they do, what detracts them from supporting products and brands and use this to help the growth and success of the Bradford White Corporation.
  • Actively managing the channel-specific marketing project pipeline between Bradford White internal and external marketing resources, sales and product teams and our customers. Collaborating with these cross functional teams is critical to the success of this role,
  • Evaluating existing marketing programs like ‘For the Pro’ and evaluate effectiveness and adjust maximize end user adoption.
  • Developing quarterly playbooks to organize product launches, promotions, trade show attendance, etc. and communicate with internal and external sales force.
  • Leading best-in-class product launches for Bradford White’s residential and commercial portfolios
  • Managing and developing internal channel marketing staff and resources.
  • Managing external business partners engaged in the development of Bradford White marketing initiatives.
  • Supporting the development and execution of Bradford White’s marketing plans and budget in support of corporate and subsidiary goals.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications required
  • 5+ years of corporate marketing or business development experience required, related industry experience preferred
  • Above and beyond customer focus.
  • Team management skills - management of internal and external channel marketing and business resources.
  • Ability to successfully work with and influence other teams outside of the Marketing team reporting structure.
  • Proven work experience as a marketing or business strategist.

    • Strong analytical and consultative skills
  • Development and management of marketing and/or business budgets.
  • Development and management of strategic marketing and/or business plans.
  • Comfort in collaborating with individuals in and out of the company at all levels.

  • National travel required for trainings, tradeshows, or market research, up to 25% annually. Some international travel may be required
